◾️ All art ships free in the US! Some smaller works on paper and art prints may ship without tracking unless purchased with another art piece, which will be indicated on individual item listings.

◾️ Your art will be securely protected with cardboard, bubble wrap and packing paper. When we can, we like to reuse and recycle shipping boxes and materials.

◾️ We will ship to the address on your receipt, please make sure the information is up to date when placing your order.

◾️ If an item is damaged in shipping, you must contact us right away. Provide photos of the item and original packaging, and we will work together to initiate a claim with the shipper.

◾ All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

➽ Please note that we do offer a 24hr cancellation window before packing and shipping any items.

◾️ Display your art piece indoors and out of direct sunlight.

◾ Dust occasionally with a feather duster or dry cloth. If the piece needs actual cleaning, don't submerge it in water or use harsh cleansers -- slightly dampen a lint-free cloth or soft sponge with plain water and gently wipe the surface of the art and buff dry with a soft cloth. Anything more critical, contact us with a description and photos and we'll try to guide you!

As online shoppers we are aware of how the colors on our back-lit tablet, phone and computer screens may differ from the colors of an item in-person.

Here at Art Base Alpha we do our best to photograph items accurately and in natural light, but it's not always perfect. Certain paint colors really throw the camera's optics off, especially very bright, pigment rich shades and dayglow paints.

The variability of our original paintings means there will be an even greater range of colors to reproduce for you, and no matter how precise we are on our end your personal screen settings may make photos appear darker, lighter or more saturated.
