Birth of Wormoid

Photographic prints based on a painting by Anka Yanovna of AGblend13, originally created with acrylic paints on smooth cardstock.

Artwork features a parody of Botticelli's "Birth of Venus" featuring Anka's signature Wormoid characters. A central Wormoid comprised of stacked blobs rides to shore on a ripple potato chip over a green sea with curving flap-like waves. A yellow figure stands to the right, their body folded on itself in a curving S shape, in front of surreal trees with colorful trunks topped with round pompoms. To the left, two bean shaped figures fly in on curving wings, blowing clear bubbles out of their mouths, one draped in a purple shawl. The pale yellow sky darkens to dark orange and purple, studded with cube shaped clouds. The ground is a pale violet darkening to blue in the foreground, dotted with red flowers.

Artist's signature is incorporated into the painting in the bottom left corner.

Print has a white margin measuring a little under 1/4 inch on all sides.

Listing is for one (1) print. Each print measures 8x10 inches and will ship in a clear sleeve in a rigid cardboard mailer. Printed on smooth photo paper which is called Matte, but has a subtle sheen. Please watch the listing video to see it in motion.
