On Cosmic Balance: Tuna or Shrimp?
4.5 x 4.5"
Original acrylic painting created on a handmade base of paper mache on wood. This is a new medium I have been experimenting with, creating painting supports that are lightweight with beautiful subtle texture. Art comes ready to hang.
Delft blue cats in a blue, blue world. Piece started as a stylized "tile" with loosely painted florals in a symmetrical layout, bordered with gold metallic paint. A blue cat with patterned fur sits in the foreground, head tipped to the side, balancing a shrimp on one ear and a tuna on the other. Gold metallic accents the moon, stars, eyes, and ribbon.
➽ Painting is protected with a Satin clear coat.
